Our client is an Israeli biotechnology company that develops AI-driven computational models of human diseases at the cellular level. By integrating vast amounts of proprietary and public data, their platform enables pharmaceutical companies to gain molecular-level insights, facilitating data-driven decisions throughout the drug development process. Trusted by several of the world’s top pharmaceutical firms, CytoReason’s technology aids in identifying new therapeutic targets, optimizing clinical trials, and accelerating the development of effective treatments.
Key Requirements: 🔹 Proven senior-level experience in DevOps roles, ideally in SaaS or complex cloud environments; 🔹 Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) — essential; 🔹 Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) — highly desirable; 🔹 Ability to work across both platforms and support migrations between them; 🔹 Deep expertise with Terraform (required); 🔹 Experience with other IaC and deployment tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, etc; 🔹 Proficiency in Python; 🔹 Experience designing, building, and maintaining deployment pipelines; 🔹 Familiarity with cloud-based development environments (e.g., Coder) and remote work via SSH; 🔹 English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be plus: 🔹 Experience with R and JavaScript is an advantage; 🔹 Experience with frameworks such as AWS Bedrock Agent Core or similar; 🔹 Experience in security operations is a plus; 🔹 Experience working with multiple technology stacks and ecosystems; 🔹 Experience supporting scientific or pharma-related infrastructure is an advantage;
What you will do: 🔹 Lead and execute the migration of Cytoreason’s large, multifaceted SaaS system from GCP to customer AWS clouds; 🔹 Design, build, and maintain deployment pipelines for these migrations; 🔹 Operate and optimize infrastructure in both GCP and AWS environments; 🔹 Ensure stable, compliant, and upgradable deployments in customer clouds; 🔹 Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (must), Helm, ArgoCD, and similar tools; 🔹 Work closely with a small, highly autonomous team; 🔹 Support scientific and software infrastructure needs of the company; 🔹 Tackle a wide variety of technical challenges across different ecosystems; 🔹 Be ready to learn and apply new technologies as needed;
