- Lead technical direction and architecture for the project.
- Act as a hands-on Tech Lead — spend most of your time on core development, complex features, and system design.
- Design and evolve reusable architecture, frameworks, and technical solutions.
- Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, maintainability, and releases.
- Take a leading role in requirements analysis, technical decisions, and DevOps processes.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience building mobile games in Unity.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Proven experience designing scalable and reusable architecture or frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, asynchronous programming, and error handling.
- Deep hands-on expertise with DI, ECS (DOTS), and Netcode for Entities.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience building Unity Editor extensions or content-authoring pipelines.
- Previous work with live ops or games-as-a-service products.
- Experience with VContainer and MessagePipe.
- Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and remote content delivery.
