Your future responsibilities:
Design AI-powered assistant across a wide range of everyday banking journeys
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate business processes, customer needs and regulatory requirements into AI experiences
Lead design workshops and participate in design reviews
Analyze conversation logs and user behavior to identify friction points, support testing, evaluation and continuous improvement of AI experiences
Your skills and experience:
Demonstrate 3+ years of experience designing AI-powered user experiences
Strong understanding of conversational UX principles and natural language interaction patterns
Experience designing for generative AI and LLM-driven systems, familiarity with chatbot platforms, AI prototyping environments or prompt testing workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English
