The Employer Brand team is looking for a Community & Event Manager to help strengthen MOJAM’s internal culture through large-scale events, thriving communities, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and unforgettable WOW experiences for our teammates.
What to Do:
Own the process of organizing MOJAM’s largest offline experiences from concept to full execution. As of now, this includes two flagship company events each year: one in Ukraine and one abroad. When needed, partner with event agencies while leading the entire process on behalf of the company
Organize workations, management strategy sessions, and local teammate meetups across different cities
Plan and run online initiatives that strengthen teammate engagement and team connection
Own the internal Yoda knowledge-sharing program by shaping the agenda, identifying relevant topics, sourcing speakers, and coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions
Measure the impact of internal initiatives, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
Grow and support internal communities built around teammates’ shared interests and hobbies
Build and manage the internal engagement calendar, balancing team needs, company culture, and business priorities
Support MOJAM’s participation in industry conferences, from developing activity concepts to executing them
Create WOW corporate merchandise with a focus on unconventional solutions and the highest quality
Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives that strengthen MOJAM’s culture and employee experience
Stay on top of trends, emerging formats, and best practices in employee engagement, community building, and experiential branding, adapting the most relevant ideas to MOJAM’s culture
Your Superpowers:
4+ years of experience in event management with a proven track record of owning corporate event organization process from concept to execution
Hands-on experience organizing international corporate events for teams in the IT/Gaming industry
Experience creating branded merchandise, from concept development to production
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives at the same time
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates, stakeholders, and external partners, and write clear, engaging copy aligned with the company’s ToV
Quality is your baseline and top priority. You pay close attention to details, proactively assess risks, and think ahead to find the best solutions
A solid understanding of the latest trends in employee engagement, events, and brand experience
The ability to stay calm under pressure, navigate unexpected challenges, and find effective solutions quickly
Openness to feedback and a genuine passion for creating memorable WOW-experiences
English proficiency at B2+
Bonus Points:
Passion for CS2, Dota, gaming in general, or a strong understanding of gaming culture
Experience working within IT teams as an event manager or an internal communications specialist
