Senior BizDev Operations Manager

• At least 3 years of experience in payments operations, provider management or a related payments role.
• Strong knowledge of card acquiring, 3DS, BIN routing, alternative payment methods, crypto and payout flows; a solid understanding of MIDs, cascading, refunds, chargebacks, settlements and rolling reserves.
• Experience evaluating and negotiating provider terms, including MDR, fees, limits, reserves and SLAs, as well as tariff reviews and margin modelling.
• SQL is a must, together with experience using BI or monitoring tools such as Grafana, Metabase or Tableau to analyse conversion, decline patterns and routing performance.
• Technical literacy: ability to read API documentation, understand callbacks/webhooks and reconciliation, review test plans and drive integrations through Jira. Coding is not required.
