We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to help us bring AI into the software development lifecycle and build smarter, more efficient engineering workflows.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering and Generative AI, exploring how LLMs, AI agents, automation, and modern AI tooling can improve development processes — from coding and code review to testing, CI/CD, and developer productivity.
What we're looking for
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on experience working with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.
Strong software engineering background with experience in Python, Java, Kotlin, or a similar language.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or Generative AI into applications, tools, or engineering workflows.
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or similar AI application patterns.
Practical experience with AI-assisted software development, automation, or developer tooling.
Good understanding of modern software development and SDLC practices, including CI/CD, testing, code review, and version control.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or infrastructure as code is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate new technologies and turn them into practical engineering solutions.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, distributed environment and communicating with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or building context-aware AI tools.
Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, tool calling, or multi-step LLM applications.
Experience with AI-powered code generation, code review, testing, or CI/CD automation.
Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Kiro, or similar AI development tools.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Experience with context engineering, LLM evaluation, observability, or AI workflow optimization.
Experience building internal developer platforms, developer productivity tools, or engineering automation.
