Що робити

Deliver full projects independently — from requirements gathering through development, testing, and release — owning both front-end and back-end across web and product platforms.
Work AI-first: use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code) as the core development environment, applying strong prompt engineering and review discipline to produce production-grade code at high velocity.
Translate business and user requirements into clear technical specifications and ship them as a sole or near-sole owner of the project.
Build and integrate scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures; ensure code quality, performance, and security across all AI-generated and hand-written code.
Integrate LLM-based services and AI chat/assistant features into products where the project calls for it.

Що очікуємо

AI-Native Development: Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding tools); prompt engineering for development
Front-End: React or Angular, with TypeScript / JavaScript
Back-End: Java, Node.js, or Ruby
Data: SQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB)
Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, and a major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
