What you’ll do:
Develop and grow key Affiliate partnerships
Acquire major affiliates and media buying teams
Negotiate and close commercial deals
Drive FTD and deposit KPIs
Analyze GEO performance, market trends, and competitors
Mentor Junior and Middle Affiliate Managers
Contribute to the growth strategy across Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Bangladesh
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing
Proven successful cases and strong performance results
Strong negotiation and business development skills
An established network of Affiliate partners
Good understanding of iGaming economics and key performance metrics
English B2–C1
