Building and running outbound campaigns for the US market end-to-end.
Researching target accounts, defining the right personas and trigger events, and building and enriching your target lists.
Writing cold outreach for email and LinkedIn — and testing it until the reply rate goes up.
Setting up and running email sequences and multi-channel campaigns.
Bringing new ideas, channels, and tools to the table, and proposing what we should try next.

3–5 years of hands-on outbound experience — SDR, BDR, lead generation or outbound sales.
C1 level of English. You’ll be talking and writing to people outside Alcor every day.
Experience with outbound to the US market: you know how it works in practice and can apply it from day one.
You’ve built the target lists and written the messaging yourself, not only pressed “send” in a sequence someone else set up.
Experience with email automation tools and CRM systems.

Working conditions. Salary — pegged to the USD exchange rate, 20 working days of vacation, days off, and paid sick leave.
