Що робити
- Analyze current team processes and build a roadmap for improvement.
- Define and track team/process/delivery metrics and visualize progress.
- Coach and mentor teams to foster growth, autonomy, and self-management.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to improve backlog refinement and goal-setting processes.
- Identify risks and remove impediments, including dependencies and bottlenecks.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment, including at least 2 years specifically as a Scrum Master in product teams.
- Hands-on facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Solid knowledge of Agile approaches and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
- Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Experience with team and process metrics (including delivery metrics).
