We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks. The mission is to make banking services accessible, simple and fun to use worldwide and the goal is to launch neobanks in 50+ markets, serving 100m+ customers.
Since our foundation in 2020, we’ve so far launched neobanks in Azerbaijan (2021), Vietnam (2023), Kyrgyzstan (2024), India (2025) and Uzbekistan (2025), with 2.5m+ customers collectively and have more markets on the near horizon!

About the role
We are looking for a Savings Product Owner to help us design, launch, and grow the next generation of savings products across our operating markets. You’ll be responsible for building products like Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Digital Piggy Banks and more. You’ll work closely with product, design, compliance and engineering teams to create experiences that fit seamlessly into our customers’ financial lives.
We’re looking for someone who can combine customer empathy with a data-driven mindset — and turn complex financial products into intuitive solutions that people love to use.
We’re scaling fast — and want someone who can own the end-to-end journey of deposits and savings, making them simple, secure, and rewarding for our customers.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of savings products including Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Goal-Based Savings, Digital Piggy Banks, Card-linked Deposits and other savings innovations
Drive product strategy, roadmap and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements
Partner with engineering, design, data, compliance and marketing teams to build seamless digital savings experiences
Monitor product performance (growth, revenue, adoption, NPS), identify opportunities and continuously optimise features
Stay ahead of market and regulatory trends in savings and deposits, bringing innovative solutions to the table
Represent the customer voice internally and build savings journeys that are simple, secure and delightful
You’ll fit right in if you
Have strong product management experience in banking/fintech, preferably in savings, deposits or investment products
Understand banking regulations and deposit compliance
Have strong technical literacy: familiarity with APIs, core banking systems or data platforms
Are highly data-driven, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards and insights to make decisions
Think customer-first, while balancing risk, compliance and business impact
Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and can move from strategy to execution quickly
Have strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams and external partners
Are curious, entrepreneurial and passionate about building innovative digital banking products
Speak and write fluently in English and Ukrainian
