What You’ll Be Doing:

Own lead sourcing by identifying and building high-quality prospect lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools;

Enrich and qualify leads by validating contact details and adding firmographic and role-based insights (company size, industry, needs) to prioritize sales-ready prospects;

Keep our CRM clean and reliable by proactively removing duplicates, updating outdated records, and maintaining strong data hygiene;

Partner closely with SDRs to support outbound campaigns, share insights, and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports that drive pipeline growth.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

Upper-Intermediate English (B1) or higher;

Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheets and LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator fundamentals;

Ability to efficiently collect, analyze, and organize large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy;

Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, combined with high productivity and exceptional attention to detail.

It would be a plus if you have:

Background in sales research, outreach, lead generation, or prospecting;

Familiarity with research methodologies and common data sourcing and email discovery/validation tools, such as PhantomBuster, Snov.io, Hunter, or similar platforms.
