- Flag delays early and resolve blockers without escalation
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in R&D, Operations, or similar roles
- Strong Notion expertise (non-negotiable) — a real builder: project tracking or a personal dashboard with live metrics, not just a Knowledge Base/Wiki
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation — mandatory
- Experience building and documenting processes for new tools or initiatives
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 and above)

- Experience in media, affiliate, or performance marketing
