• Continuously refine recruitment workflows and introduce automation tools to reduce manual work and speed up key stages of the hiring process
• Keep the hiring process smooth: make sure everything runs seamlessly—from the initial job kickoff to the candidate’s first day
• Help Hiring Managers define what they actually need, calibrate candidate profiles, and set realistic expectations
