Що робити
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean Search, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct HR interviews in English and assess candidates' experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Що очікуємо
- 3–4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Previous experience in iGaming is a must.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other recruiting tools.
- Experience hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, product, and business positions.
