Gameinspire is growing and we’re expanding our recruiting team. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to help us hire across the company — from sourcing to final offer. You’ll manage a mix of technical and administrative roles across multiple countries, so this role is a good fit if you enjoy variety and switching between different types of searches.
What you’ll be doing:
Full-cycle hiring across engineering, product, trading and operations — from junior to management level;
Leading structured interviews and partnering closely with hiring managers to drive confident, data-backed hiring calls, while coaching other interviewers along the way;
Developing sourcing strategies grounded in market data — salary benchmarks, hiring trends, competitor insights — to shape your approach and guide stakeholders;
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS so the pipeline stays clean and nothing slips through;
Overseeing relationships with external recruitment vendors, holding them to clear standards on quality and turnaround.
You have these superpowers:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within IT and/or iGaming;
Strong multi-channel sourcing skills paired with solid interviewing and screening ability;
Comfortable navigating ATS platforms and recruiting tools, with clean pipeline management and reporting;
A confident communicator who earns trust with hiring managers, delivers a strong candidate experience, and can push back constructively when it matters;
Upper-intermediate English.
