Your expertise:
Strong hands-on TypeScript experience; additional fluency in Go / Python / Java is a plus
Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, message brokers, and their operational principles
Distributed systems: principles, common patterns, failure modes
Strong Linux skills: provisioning, bash scripting, patching, troubleshooting
Solid networking: TCP / IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP semantics, load balancing, PCs / subnets / routing
Proficient with Git
Mastery of at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), strong AWS experience is preferred since it’s our primary platform
Proficient with Docker, production experience with Kubernetes (preferred), ECS, or similar
Strong Terraform skills and fluency with Infrastructure-as-Code
Proficient CI / CD experience; Jenkins preferred. Familiarity with GitHub Actions is a plus
Observability fundamentals: logs, metrics, traces; comfort with at least one stack OpenSearch / ELK, Prometheus / Grafana, CloudWatch)
Understanding of unit / integration testing and how to integrate automated quality gates into delivery flows
Understanding of security basics: cryptography, authentication & authorization protocols, application security
Practical experience with secret management (Vault or equivalent)
Supply-chain security awareness: dependency pinning, signing, SBOMs, CVE triage and remediation
Hands-on experience with agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) as a regular part of your delivery workflow
Working understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — integrating MCP servers and, ideally, building them to expose internal systems to AI agents
Familiarity with agent skills as a way to package and reuse engineering knowledge across the teamIntermediate written English
Clear written and verbal communication across teams
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Deep Jenkins knowledge: shared libraries, plugins, configuration-as-code
Experience building Terraform providers

You will be involved into:
Work closely with DevOps, Architecture, SRE, DBA, and product engineering teams
Implement, maintain, and evolve internal software, CI / CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and Terraform modules
Contribute production code to internal CI / CD platform, infrastructure tooling, and security tooling
Build and maintain MCP servers, agent skills, and internal integrations that bring AI agents safely into our engineering workflows
Evaluate emerging tooling (agentic AI and otherwise), pilot it, and drive adoption where it delivers measurable value
Participate in DevOps on-call shifts
Review code and share knowledge with teammates
