- 3+ years of commercial experience developing backend applications with Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI and asynchronous programming using asyncio.
- Experience designing and maintaining production-grade backend services.
- Databases

- Experience with Node.js or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Airflow, Prefect, or other messaging and orchestration technologies.
- Experience building or supporting AI-enabled backend services, RAG architectures, or LLM integrations.
