Що робити
- Configure and launch bonus campaigns and promotional mechanics.
- Process bonus requests and credit bonuses through the CRM system.
- Create and maintain bonus configurations and promotional settings.
- Coordinate tasks with Product, CRM, Analytics, Customer Support, and Development teams.
- Monitor implementation timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Understanding of promotional mechanics, including Welcome Bonuses, Cashback, Free Spins, Loyalty Programs, Referral Programs, etc.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Customer.io, Bloomreach, BetB2B, or similar is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of bonus-related metrics such as Wagering, ROI, Bonus Cost, and Margin.
