- Independently manage cross-functional design projects from planning through delivery.
- Own project timelines, tasks, priorities, scope, and dependencies.
- Manage the team backlog and ensure priorities are clear and aligned with business needs.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate communication between designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Що очікуємо
- 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with design, product, creative, or cross-functional teams.
- Ability to independently manage projects and make day-to-day project decisions.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and dependencies simultaneously.
