• Deliver scientific programmes and events on time and within the approved scope and budget, ensuring all key follow-up actions are completed.
• Organise travel, accommodation, venues, catering and other programme logistics.
• Work closely with organisers to develop timelines, budgets and operational plans.
• Prepare contracts, invoices and other programme documentation and keep records organised and up to date.
• Manage programme-related communication with lecturers, participants, partners and service providers.
