About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will act as the vital bridge between client needs and what our delivery teams build. Externally, you will position yourself as a Solution Strategist. At its core, this role requires owning the translation of complex client requirements into clear, executable specs, and managing the continuous feedback loop of delivering, presenting, and refining until the client’s operational problem is completely solved.
You will work closely with a technical delivery team backed by a cutting-edge stack of AI tooling. While you do not need to be a hands-on engineer, you must think logically, break down ambiguous problems cleanly, and remain relentlessly focused on high-impact client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
— Own the Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between clients and the delivery team, managing requirements end-to-end. — Diagnose the Real Problem: Look past surface-level client requests to uncover the root operational challenge, then define a structured strategy to solve it. — Translate to Specs: Turn client requirements into crisp, actionable technical briefs that engineering teams or AI-assisted workflows can execute directly. — Manage the Delivery Loop: Take what the team builds, synthesize and summarize the value, present it back to the client, gather feedback, and iterate. — Prototype Early: Build and share rapid prototypes with clients to validate direction and align expectations early in the process. — Prioritize Ruthlessly: Dynamically balance competing client and technical requirements against ultimate business impact. — Demo with Confidence: Present delivered work with absolute clarity and authority in high-stakes, client-facing settings.

What We’re Looking For
— Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in other delivery client-facing roles. — Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success collaborating with non-product functions (sales, marketing, customer support) to gather operational signals and synthesize them into product requirements. — Customer-Centric Track Record: A proven history of reaching out to customers directly, gathering raw feedback, and turning it into actionable product evolution. — Communication & Presentation: Top-tier communication skills. You are entirely comfortable demoing, presenting, and defending strategic product decisions in front of clients. — Structured Mindset: Exceptional logical and analytical thinking. You excel at breaking ambiguous, messy problems into clean, buildable execution pieces. — Adaptability: Proactive, dynamic, and thrives in fast-changing, high-velocity environments. — AI Fluency: Comfortable adopting and working alongside advanced AI tools as an intrinsic part of your daily delivery workflow.
