Що робити
- Take incoming requests from our Business and Sales teams and turn them into clear, structured Jira tickets.
- Review each request and identify any missing information before sending it to the relevant team.
- Ask the right questions and follow up with stakeholders when requirements aren't clear.
- Break larger requests into the appropriate sub-tickets across different teams or disciplines.
- Make sure each ticket contains everything the relevant team needs to get started.
Що пропонуємо
- Previous experience working with development, product, e-commerce or digital teams.
- Experience coordinating website, e-commerce or digital launches.
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience working with DTC and / or e-commerce brands.
