- Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Design complex solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure integrations, and migration scenarios.
- Define solution architecture, technical roadmap, governance, and application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices.
- Support business stakeholders through discovery workshops, requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution blueprinting.
- Drive successful implementation using frameworks such as Success by Design and Catalyst.
