Що робити
- Own delivery for Alcor OS — scope the work, sequence it realistically, and tell us early when something’s going to slip;
- Own production health — reliability, performance, security, and technical debt are your calls to make and your outcomes to answer for;
- Set the technical bar for a small team (2 engineers, 2 QAs today) — this isn’t a management role, but you’ll mentor, unblock, and have a say in hiring as the team grows.
- Direct reporting and close cooperation with the COO.
