• HRIS ownership & automation
• Own HiBob as our global HRIS, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for employee data.
• Design, build and continuously improve workflows, approval chains and automations within HiBob.
• Manage integrations between HiBob and business systems, including payroll, Slack, Google Workspace and Finance platforms.
• Maintain organisational structures, reporting lines, cost centres and employee records.
