- Target volume: ~2 hires/month

- Ukrainian and Russian — fluent; English — B2+
- 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably IT
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Able to recognize people problems early and handle confidential information
