We’re looking for a Peer Advocacy & Community Lead to help shape how thousands of employees embrace digital transformation through the power of community.
Our client is one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, investing heavily in modern digital workplace solutions that help employees collaborate, innovate, and work more effectively. As digital products continue to evolve, the challenge is no longer just launching new tools — it’s making them part of everyday work.
In this role, you’ll build and scale vibrant internal communities, develop networks of digital champions, and create engaging experiences that inspire employees to adopt new technologies. You’ll combine community strategy, content creation, advocacy, and data-driven experimentation to turn employees into active contributors and ambassadors of change.
What you’ll do in this role:
Develop and execute a company-wide community engagement strategy across multiple digital platforms.
Build and grow a network of advocates, champions, and super-users who help drive adoption within their teams.
Launch and manage beta and early-access programs for new digital products and features.
Create engaging community content, including posts, announcements, polls, discussion topics, and success stories.
Design recognition programs, community events, and gamified engagement initiatives.
Moderate internal communities and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Gather employee feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.
Define and track community KPIs, measure engagement, and continuously improve community performance.
We’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in Community Management, Employee Engagement, Developer Relations, Advocacy, or a similar field.
Proven experience building and growing engaged online communities.
Experience developing champion or ambassador programs.
Strong content creation and communication skills.
Experience managing beta, pilot, or early-access user programs.
A data-driven mindset with experience measuring engagement and community success.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Background in digital transformation, SaaS, employee experience, or tech.
Experience organizing community events and engagement initiatives.
A creative, data-driven approach to building communities that people genuinely want to be part of.
