Що робити

Prepare daily and weekly analytics across all brands and GEOs, segmented by payment methods, banks, payment providers, and traffic sources.
Own and monitor key payment performance metrics, including Approval Rate (AR), FD/SD conversion, User/Transaction ratio, Number of Attempts per User, and Chargeback Rate, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Collaborate with B2B platform teams by creating and managing tasks related to enabling/disabling payment methods, adjusting cascading and routing weights, and optimizing payment processing.
Automate, monitor, and optimize cashier performance across all brands, ensuring the availability, proper ordering, and efficiency of payment methods while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Create, maintain, and update documentation for White Label (WL) brands.

At least 1 year of experience working with payment methods, including PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods (APMs), e-wallets, and card processing solutions.
Experience working with B2B / White Label payment solutions and multi-brand, multi-GEO environments.
Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle, decline reasons, and methods for improving Approval Rate (AR).
Experience analyzing payment KPIs, including AR, FD/SD conversion, Chargeback Rate, and other performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with payment dashboards, provider admin panels, and internal payment management consoles.
