- Audit current development and project management processes and identify key areas for improvement.
- Build and implement processes for planning, estimation, delivery, and team performance control.
- Structure and optimize Jira workflows, tasks, sprints, deadlines, ownership, and reporting.
- Build a system of metrics and dashboards to track project and team performance.
- Work with Project Managers to improve management quality and implement consistent standards and best practices.
Що очікуємо
- Experience as an Operations Manager / Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery / PMO Lead or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing development processes, not just working within established systems.
- Strong expertise in project/delivery management and Jira.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Project Managers.
- Experience building metrics, dashboards, and process automation.
