About the Role
We’re looking for an Office Manager who will make sure our Kyiv office runs smoothly and without friction — comfortable, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable for the people who work there every day.
You’ll take full ownership of everything that keeps the office running: from procurement and vendor relationships to organizing business trips and events people actually talk about afterward. This role suits someone who loves order, responds quickly to the team’s needs, and understands that a great office experience is part of the employer brand.
What You’ll Do
Keep the Kyiv office running smoothly day to day, with no disruptions
Handle employee business travel end-to-end — flights, hotels, and all the small details that make a trip comfortable
Manage the office budget, work with vendors, and oversee procurement
Plan and run corporate events and team activities that bring people together
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset — you don’t need constant supervision
Comfort with multitasking and shifting priorities
Attention to detail and a real sense of ownership over outcomes
English at an Intermediate level or higher
