- Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Creating and deactivating user accounts, configuring access permissions, and preparing workstations and office equipment.
- Technical Support: Providing L1/L2 technical assistance to users on macOS and Windows.
- Server Administration: Administering Windows Server OS.
- SaaS Administration: Managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Device Management (MDM): Configuring policies, profiles, and applications, as well as enrolling PCs/macOS devices via Microsoft Intune.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
- Deep understanding and practical experience supporting both macOS and Windows.
- Solid understanding of core networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN) and basic experience with MikroTik.
