- 3+ years of experience in software development, test automation or QA.
- Proficiency in Python as a programming language, not just for test scripts.
- Ability to design and write modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms, code reviews).
- Experience with at least one Python testing framework (pytest preferred).
