Що робити
- Monitor network connectivity across the OT landscape and ensure stable performance of the Global Data Backbone.
- Perform daily network health and connectivity checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents to minimize service disruptions.
- Provide 2nd-level support for networking issues, including VPN connectivity, remote access, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Analyze technical incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- TCP/IP and network fundamentals
- VPNs, including Site-to-Site/IPsec and remote access
- VLANs
