• Delivering features end-to-end across two core directions: product (web + mobile app) and marketing tech — from the first idea through to production.
• Taking full responsibility for decisions: proposing solutions even where nobody explicitly asked for them.
• Building internal tools from scratch when you spot a manual process worth automating — that’s exactly how the team’s support CRM, ads automation, and technical AI assistant came to life.
• Working AI-native: AI agents handle the execution layer, but you remain accountable for the final result.
• On the product side: preparing the mobile app for free-trial traffic (web-to-app) — onboarding flows, quizzes, navigation, in-app tracking, and purchases, in close collaboration with the product designer.
