- 🎯 Confident spoken English - C1 or strong B2+, with a strong accent and high level of verbal communication
- Experience exclusively with Tier-1 markets (English-speaking countries and clients)
- Primary focus on e-commerce; experience with lead generation or app install campaigns is also acceptable
- Experience with conversion-focused, purchase-focused, and subscription-based campaigns
- Strong hands-on performance marketing experience with ad budgets of $50−100K+ per month
