Що робити

Support the launch of newsletter editorial and advertising campaigns across multiple US brands, including scheduling, offer placement, and pre-send quality checks.
Monitor daily performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Unsubscribe Rate, Spam Rate, Revenue) and identify performance trends.
Analyze campaign results by brand, audience, and offer, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain tracking quality, including affiliate links, redirects, UTMs, and SubIDs.

Що очікуємо

2+ years of experience in email, digital, performance, or affiliate marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate them into business decisions.
High attention to detail and confidence working with repetitive operational processes.
Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
