Linux/Network DevOps Engineer Miltech

Що робити

Assist the Lead Engineer in deploying, configuring, and maintaining project infrastructure;
Provision and configure physical nodes from scratch (Ubuntu bare metal) followed by testing;
Set up and troubleshoot network connections (VPN tunnels, routing, VLAN, switches/routers);
Write and maintain automation scripts for build and deployment processes (Bash / Python, Ansible, Docker Compose);
Visit the Kyiv location (2–3 times a week as needed) for hands-on work with hardware (flashing, USB-based deployments, on-site testing).

Що очікуємо

Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, NAT, routing, MTU, VLAN;
Experience with overlay networks: ZeroTier (or WireGuard / Tailscale) - routes, subnet router, connectivity diagnostics;
Proficiency in Linux diagnostic utilities: tcpdump, ip route, iptables;
Understanding of network concepts and ability to configure routers, switches, and PoE equipment;
Solid experience with Ubuntu (bare metal): systemd, services, autostart, log collection and analysis;
