We’re looking for a commercial Legal Counsel to join our global legal team and report to the Head of Legal. You will play a key role in contract lifecycle management and negotiations, legal research, cross-functional alignment, and legal operations. You’ll be expected to work closely with Sales, Partnership, Finance and Product teams to support business goals while managing legal risks.
What you’ll do:
Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, partner and vendor contracts, and DPAs;
Conduct legal research on commercial, product, and regulatory requirements across fintech and SaaS markets;
Assist with basic corporate and investor matters (resolutions, cap table updates, filings);
Support global corporate structuring, including tax-related and fintech matters;
Support fintech product compliance with guidance from the senior legal team.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in-house in a tech company or law firm;
Strong drafting and negotiation skills;
Fluent written and spoken English;
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently;
Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operation;
Assisting with the implementation of legal Compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.).
Nice to have:
Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional corporate structures;
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy frameworks;
Hands-on experience with CLM or workflow AI-based tools (e.g., Juro, Claude, ClickUp)
