Що робити
- Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and operational matters spanning Ukrainian, Polish/EU, and international frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts in English (and Ukrainian/Polish where relevant), including:
- NDAs, MSAs, SaaS and licensing agreements
- supplier, manufacturing, and distribution contracts
- R&D and technology transfer agreements
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience with a strong focus on international law, in a law firm, in-house legal team, or consultancy.
- Legal qualification is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of international contract law, cross-border commercial law, and experience structuring transactions across jurisdictions.
- Solid understanding of at least one of the following: international defence procurement, export control / dual-use regulation, international data protection, or IP law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English..
