- Provide legal support across corporate matters, including Ukrainian and international structures
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, suppliers, and contractors
- Support international operations, including foreign economic activity (ЗЕД)
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including ownership, licensing, and protection
- Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in corporate / commercial law
- Strong practical experience covering corporate structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, international transactions (ЗЕД), and intellectual property
- Experience working with complex contracts and business structures
- Ability to independently handle legal matters and take ownership
- Strong business judgment and pragmatic approach
