Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Design, implement, and maintain internal compliance programs aligned with local and international regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/ CPRA, and other applicable compliance frameworks for EU/UK/US regions.
Monitor compliance with data protection regulations and advise internal stakeholders on privacy-related matters.
Review, draft, negotiate, and maintain commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, and other legal documentation.
Review new business processes, products, and services to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Law, or Risk Management, preferably in an international IT or technology company.
Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, software licensing, and IT commercial agreements.
Practical experience with GDPR, CCPA/ CPRA, and other applicable data protection regulations, including advising business teams on privacy compliance.
Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating IT commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, and software licensing contracts.
