We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and people-oriented Junior People Partner to join our HR team.

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, gradually expanding your responsibilities and developing the skills necessary to become a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
You’ll take the lead in:
Employee Partnership
Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee experience, and day-to-day people-related matters.
Support managers in handling employee relations topics, performance conversations, and career development discussions, escalating complex cases when appropriate.
Promote a positive employee experience and contribute to maintaining an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
HR Process Support
Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, talent reviews, engagement surveys, internal rotation, and offboarding
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with People Partners and global Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Employee Experience, Operations) to deliver people programs and initiatives.
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, employee experience, and internal communication
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate data and prepare HR reports and insights.
Monitor key HR metrics and help track the effectiveness of HR initiatives
What we’re looking for
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or a People function within an IT company
HR Knowledge: Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and career growth
Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across different stakeholder groups. Empathetic, approachable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Learning Agility: Strong willingness to learn, grow, and develop into a strategic People Partner. Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Ownership mindset and readiness to take initiative
Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with HR data, reports, and people metrics. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Language: English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
