Що робити
- Create advertising and promotional motion videos for social media, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, and feed ads;
- Analyze briefs, communication goals, audience information, references, and project requirements before starting production;
- Research relevant references, trends, and visual approaches when needed;
- Contribute to creative concepts and explore solutions through sketching, storyboards, styleframes, or animatics when appropriate;
- Create 2D animations in Adobe After Effects, including typography, transitions, kinetic text, basic VFX, and logo/product animations;

- 1+ years of commercial experience in 2D Motion Design, with a strong portfolio or showreel;
- Confident Adobe After Effects skills;
- Good visual and Motion Design foundation, including composition, typography, animation principles, timing, and pacing;
- Basic video editing and compositing skills;
- Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into an engaging motion solution;
