Junior Frontend Developer 1+ years experience Our frontend is server-driven — plain Livewire, not a separate JS app — so you’ll work inside a PHP/Blade environment day to day. Confident, responsive, semantic markup in HTML5, CSS, and Tailwind is the bulk of the job, and a big share of that is email markup in MJML (you understand why email differs from web). You should be comfortable reading Livewire and Blade, using Git, and running builds through Vite/Bun. Alpine.js is a bonus — we use it sparingly. Beyond the tech, we’re a self-managed team with no boss cracking the whip, so we look for people who finish what they start before taking on more, raise blockers early instead of carrying them silently, treat review and pairing as normal rather than a chore, leave code cleaner than they found it, and estimate honestly without trading away quality. Under mentorship, you:
Build pages from design in Tailwind — responsive, cross-browser, semantic, tidy
Assemble and adjust email templates from ready-made MJML components across languages
Read Blade and Livewire and add markup to existing components
Work with multilingual views at the usage level

Middle Frontend Developer 2+ years experience Same stack and same team culture as the Junior role — server-driven Livewire, HTML/CSS/Tailwind and MJML at the core, self-managed team, quality built in — but you own your work end to end. You:
Build complex pages and reusable Blade components on your own, keeping a consistent Tailwind design system
Own the MJML email system: reusable components, multilingual transactional templates, stable rendering across clients
Work confidently inside Livewire components — markup plus a real grasp of state and events — and extend or customize Filament views as needed
Care about accessibility and frontend performance, act on Sentry errors, and write and maintain frontend tests (Livewire / Pest browser tests)
Hard skills: advanced Tailwind (design systems, reuse) · MJML component architecture and multilingual templates · Livewire (state, events, lifecycle) · Blade (advanced templating, composition) · Filament customization · WCAG basics and performance · Sentry or similar · Pest / Livewire browser tests · Git, Vite/Bun
