Що робити
- Providing support to colleagues on IT issues, managing user accounts (active directory, email, Jira).
- Installation, configuration and support of PCs and Macs.
- Accounting for IT equipment and participation in equipment procurement and repair processes.
- Assistance in maintaining network equipment (wired and wireless).
- Preparation of documents and implementation of IT processes within the company (Confluence).
Що очікуємо
- Similar experience from 6 months.
- Higher specialized education in computer systems and networks, information technology or applied computer science.
- English — intermediate level (writing).
- Knowledge of Windows products (Office, Windows 11) and Mac OS.
- Ability to support users in solving their daily IT issues.
