Who we are looking for: a curious and motivated Junior Hardware Engineer who wants to design PCBs and grow into firmware development (C/C++) alongside experienced engineers.

📋 What You’ll Do
Schematic Design. Participate in designing circuit schematics under the guidance of a Senior Hardware Engineer.
PCB Layout. Route printed circuit boards for IoT devices, microcontroller systems, and peripherals.
Prototyping & Soldering. Assemble and solder initial board prototypes (including SMD components) using lab soldering equipment.
Testing & Debugging. Troubleshoot and test assembled boards using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers.
BOM Management. Select component bases, analyze market availability, and compile Bills of Materials (BOM).
Team Collaboration. Work closely with the embedded software engineering team for fast and seamless hardware-software integration.
🎯 What You Need For This Position
Education. Degree or ongoing studies in Electronics, Radio Engineering, Telecommunications, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
Electronics Fundamentals. Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, along with basic electronic components.
CAD Tools Experience. Hands-on experience with at least one PCB design tool (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, etc.).
Interest in Firmware. Genuine enthusiasm and interest in growing as a Firmware Engineer (writing C/C++ code for boards).
Lab Skills. Practical soldering experience (SMD) and confidence working with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
English Proficiency (Intermediate / B1 at least). Fluent reading of technical documentation (datasheets, specifications) and spoken English skills to participate in client calls.
Self-Development & Autonomy. Ability to independently research information, master new tools, software, and calculation methods. You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions, but you can always consult with our Senior Hardware Engineer whenever you need guidance.
AI Tools Proficiency. Ability to effectively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate datasheet searches, compare components, and optimize routine engineering tasks.

Basic Firmware Experience. Basic C/C++ knowledge and hands-on experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, nRF52, AVR, etc.).
Pet Projects / Portfolio. Examples of your own designed boards or hardware-software projects.
