Your future responsibilities:
Jira Core Configuration (Workflows, Schemes, Screens, Custom Fields)
Process Automation using Jira Automation and ScriptRunner (Groovy)
Integrating Jira with External Systems via REST API and Webhooks
Evaluating, Administering, and Configuring Atlassian Marketplace Apps (ScriptRunner, Structure, Xray, eazyBI)
Translating Business Requirements into Tailored Jira Solutions
Providing L2/L3 Technical Support and Issue Troubleshooting
Managing User Access, Groups, and Security/RBAC Schemes
Your skills and experience:
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Jira administration (Data Center and/or Cloud)
Strong knowledge of Jira core configuration and advanced JQL
Practical experience writing Groovy scripts with ScriptRunner (listeners, behaviours, post-functions)
Hands-on experience with native Jira Automation rules
Practical experience with Jira REST API and webhooks
Administration experience with key Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, Structure, Xray, eazyBI)
Proven L2/L3 troubleshooting skills and technical issue resolution
Understanding of user management, RBAC, and access control models
Strong communication skills and experience supporting end-users
Software development background (Java, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript) is a strong plus
