Що робити
- Full-cycle recruitment: from job analysis to the candidate’s start date;
- Sourcing and selecting candidates for current clients’ requests;
- Processing lead-gen requests and quickly sourcing relevant candidates;
- Conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates’ hard and soft skills;
- Maintaining the candidate database and vacancy reporting (ATS/CRM);
Що очікуємо
- 1 to 3 years of commercial experience in recruitment within the IT field;
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the specifics of the IT labor market;
- Experience sourcing for rare and complex positions;
- Experience using various sourcing resources (LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sources and tools);
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
