• Join an in-house digital product environment where delivery decisions have a direct, visible effect on product performance and commercial outcomes. You will lead day-to-day engineering delivery for a predominantly senior, cross-functional product team of up to 15 people, while partnering closely with the Delivery Manager and engineering leads.
• What success looks like
• Engineering delivery becomes transparent: current work, progress, capacity, dependencies, quality risks and delays are visible and supported by reliable data.
• Sprint execution becomes predictable, with a consistently high proportion of planned scope completed and deviations explained through facts rather than assumptions.
• Code-review, QA and release bottlenecks are identified early and reduced without trading delivery speed for product stability.
